Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hustlers Gang. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
- Personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@hustlersgang.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked.
- Ship the package to our returns address using a traceable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase, excluding original shipping costs.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please keep all original packaging when reporting damaged items.
International Returns
For international customers, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
